With many of the same technologies found in their top-of-the-line indoor speakers, the Def Tech AW 6500 outdoor speaker features a fully-sealed design with a 6½ inch active driver pressure coupled to a 5½ x 10 inch racetrack-shaped low bass radiator for a total bass-radiating area greater than a 10 inch woofer, so you will experience powerful bass that fills your outdoor areas with rich big speaker sound. Highs are supplied by a 1 inch pure aluminum dome tweeter.
Their integrated galvanized steel mounting brackets and unique shape allow 360 degrees of rotation allowing you to orient the active drivers toward the listening area. Frequency response is rated 40 Hz to 30 kHz, impedance is 4 - 8 ohms, and sensitivity is 92 dB. Five year warranty. |
